The Universal You was inspired by my personal journey of growth and expansion shaped by experiences of both triumphs and failures. It is a testament to my deep-seated desire to help and inspire people using my own experiences as a blueprint. Much of my personal journey (as you will read) is moulded by my family's history and strong advocacy for justice and community service. The people that I consider heroes and that I look up to have given me the strength to help others.
