It is 2017 in South Africa. Civil strife and racial conflict have escalated to unprecedented levels, resulting in the President deploying AU troops and international sporting tours being cancelled. Minister Glynn Marais is completely disillusioned. She proposes a rugby tournament between blacks and whites which is supported by the Deputy President to take the conflict onto the sports field.
